Common questions
Do I need a website to get a virtual tour?
Not for the Essential package — your 360° photos publish directly to Google, and Google hosts them for free. For Professional and Premium, you will need a website to embed the interactive tour.
How long does the on-site visit take?
Most visits take under two hours. For larger spaces or higher scene counts, it may be slightly longer. We coordinate a time that works around your business hours.
How long until my tour is live?
Typically three to five business days after the visit. Premium packages with the 3D Dollhouse take a bit longer since that component is processed by CloudPano, but we'll give you a specific timeline when you book.
What does the $29/mo fee cover?
It covers active CloudPano hosting for your interactive website tour. Without it, the tour would go offline. The Essential package has no monthly fee because Google hosts those photos for free.
Can I add more scenes later?
Yes. Additional scenes are $25 each and can be added during a new visit. If your business changes or grows, we can return and update your tour.
Does the tour work on mobile?
Yes — every tour is fully mobile-compatible and includes automatic VR mode. Customers can use it on any device.
What businesses do you work with?
We work exclusively with businesses — restaurants, gyms, hotels, salons, retail stores, medical offices, auto dealerships, breweries, co-working spaces, and more. We do not offer residential services.
Do I need to do anything before the visit?
Just make sure the space is clean, well-lit, and open for us. We handle everything else — no prep work required on your end.
How much does a virtual tour cost?
Pricing starts at $399 one-time for the Essential package, which publishes 360° photos to Google Street View and Google Maps. The Professional package is $799 one-time plus $29 per month for an interactive website tour. The Premium package is $1,499 one-time plus $29 per month and includes a 3D dollhouse view, floor plan, and more.
