About
Why we started Virtual Tour Properties
Most businesses spend a lot of effort getting people to their front door — ads, social media, word of mouth — and almost nothing on what happens when someone finds them on Google and has no idea what the place looks like inside.
The story
Virtual Tour Properties was started with a simple observation: the businesses that were winning online weren't necessarily better than their competitors — they were just easier to trust before you walked in.
A 360° photo on Google Maps lets someone stand in the middle of your dining room, look around, and decide they want to come in — all before they’ve spoken to anyone or read a single review. That’s a powerful thing to give someone, and most businesses across Massachusetts and New Hampshire didn’t have it.
We built Virtual Tour Properties to make professional 360° photography accessible for local businesses of all sizes. Not just the big hotel chains with marketing budgets — the gym, the coffee shop, the hair salon, the dental office, the med spa, the martial arts studio, the art gallery. The places that put everything into the actual experience but haven’t had the tools to show it off online.

How we work
A few things we care about
Built for small businesses
We work with commercial spaces of all kinds — restaurants, gyms, hotels, salons, retail stores, medical offices, breweries, co-working spaces, and anywhere else customers walk through the door. Every business deserves to show off what they've built.
One point of contact
Bryan handles every shoot personally. You're not working with a rotating crew. The same person you talk to is the one who shows up.
We stay out of your way
Most shoots wrap up in under two hours. We work around your staff and your customers. The goal is to get in, capture everything we need, and get out without disrupting your day.
Everything included
Equipment, editing, publishing, and setup are all part of the service. There's no list of add-ons that bring the real price up after you've already agreed to work together.
Where we work
Massachusetts, New Hampshire & beyond
We're based in the Greater Boston area and do most of our work locally — the North Shore, MetroWest, South Shore, and everywhere in between.
For clients outside New England, we're set up to travel. The post-production process is the same no matter where the shoot happens, and for the right project, distance isn't an issue.
If you're not sure whether we cover your area, just reach out. The worst we can say is that we'd need to figure out travel, and that's a pretty easy conversation to have.
